- 250gms Inner Being Pizza Dough Mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - ½ cup water (note – depending on the quality of the flours you may need to add more or less water. The dough should come together and you should be able to roll it without it being too sticky. Add a little water at a time until it comes together).
- 150gms sundried tomatoes
- 100gms parmesan cheese
Step 1- Preheat oven to 200 0 Celsius. Put flour mix in a large bowl.
Step 2- Add olive oil, sundried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and water gradually and keep bringing the dough together as you add water.
Step 3-Place dough down on an oiled surface.
Step 4- Roll the dough out thinly (3–5 mm thick) and cut 2 inches wide long strips with a knife or pizza cutter.
Step 5- Bake for 12-15mins or until slightly browned.
Step 6- Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool.
