Millet Pizza Base Mix

How to use
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Add olive oil and water gradually and keep bringing the dough together as you add water. (Note – flour quality varies. Add water as required. The dough should come together and you should be able to roll it without it becoming sticky).
- Place dough on a greased surface.
- Roll the dough out thinly (35 mm thick) in a shape that you desire.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly brown.
- Add cheese on base, followed by toppings, sprinkle leftover cheese over the toppings, and then place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve
